This vibrant Festive Side Salad combines crisp nuts, juicy apple slices, and sweet dried cranberries, all drizzled with a creamy, tangy Tahini Dijon dressing for a perfect balance of flavors. It’s a colorful, refreshing addition to any holiday or special meal!

INGREDIENTS

◦ 6 cups dark leafy greens of choice
◦ 1/2 cup sproutes of choice
◦ 2 apples, sliced
◦ 1 cup walnuts
◦ 3/4 cup dried cranberries

Tahini Dijon Dressing
◦ 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
◦ 2 tbsp dijon mustard
◦ 1 tbsp maple syrup
◦ 2 tsp tahini
◦ Juice 1/2 lemon
◦ 1/2 tsp salt
◦ 1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a small jar, add the ingredients for the dressing and mix with a spoon or a whisk until well combined.

2. In a large bowl, add the ingredients for the salad. Top with the dressing once it’s ready to be served.
