Almond Banana Chocolate Boats

These Almond Banana Chocolate Boats are a deliciously satisfying treat that combines creamy almond butter, ripe banana, and rich dark chocolate for a snack that's both indulgent and nutritious. Perfect for a quick energy boost or a fun dessert, they’re a sweet way to fuel your day!

INGREDIENTS

◦ 2 ripe bananas
◦ 4 tbsp almond butter
◦ 4 tbsp sliced almonds
◦ 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
◦ Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. On a cutting board, cut in two the bananas and then again in halves (horizontally). Place each banana slice on a plate.

2. Add about 1/2 tbsp of almond butter on each banana slice and top with 1/2 tbsp of sliced almonds on each one.

3. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.

7. Freeze for at least 15-20 minutes for the chocolate to harden then refrigerate.
