Protein Cranberry Crumble

This Protein Cranberry Crumble is a deliciously healthy twist on a classic dessert, packed with protein and bursting with tart cranberries for a perfect balance of flavor. It's the ideal treat for satisfying your sweet tooth during the holidays!

INGREDIENTS

Filling
◦ 1 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
◦ 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
◦ 1 tbsp lemon juice

Crumble
◦ 1 /2 cup gluten-free sprouted rolled oats
◦ 1/4 cup textured vegetable protein, dry
◦ 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
◦ 3 tbsp maple syrup
◦ 1 tbsp avocado oil
◦ 1 tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a small baking dish, add all the ingredients for the filling and mix until everything is well coated.

3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the crumble until everything is combined.

4. Top the cranberries with the crumble, spread evenly.

5. Bake in the center of the oven for about 45 minutes.

6. Once it’s done, let it cool for 5 minutes.
