The ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen fruit, small
  • 1 cup rolled oats, dry
  • ¾ cup textured vegetable protein, dry
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp soy beverage
  • 1 ½ cups Greek-style yogurt

The method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking dish, add the frozen berries. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add all the crumble ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the crumble evenly over the fruit.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve with 1/2 cup of yogurt.
