Berry Chia Pudding

This berry chia pudding is one of my favourite make-ahead snacks: fresh, fruity, and naturally sweet.

The ingredients

  • ½ cup Silk protein 18g plain soy milk
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds

The method

  1. In a blender, add the soy milk and berries and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container, add the chia seeds, and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Storage tips

Keeps for up to 4 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
