Bowl of chia pudding topped with kiwi slices, next to a lime half

Kiwi Lime Chia Pudding

I love this kiwi lime chia pudding for how fresh, tangy, and truly refreshing it is. The chia seeds add a nice dose of fibre to make it more filling, and the combination of kiwi and lime gives it a light, fruity flavour that's perfect for a snack.
