
Crispy Kale Chips
Upgrade your snacking with these crispy kale chips: light, crunchy and full of flavour, they're the perfect savoury treat, combining enjoyment and nutrition in every bite.
The ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, about 4 cups; large
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
The method
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Wash the kale and tear it into small pieces, removing the thick stem.
- In a large bowl, add the kale, oil and seasonings.
- Massage with your hands until everything is well coated.
- On a baking sheet, spread the kale in a single layer, without overlapping or touching the leaves (this ensures crispiness).
- Bake for about 35 minutes, until nice and crispy.
