
Matcha Raspberry Chia Pudding

The ingredients
- ¾ cup unsweetened soy milk
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp matcha powder
The method
- In a blender, add half the soy milk, the raspberries, and 1/2 tsp of the vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- In a small bowl, pour in the raspberry mixture and stir in 1 tbsp of the chia seeds. Mix well.
- In another small bowl, mix the remaining soy milk with the rest of the vanilla, the matcha powder, and 1 tbsp of the chia seeds.
- Refrigerate both bowls for at least 3 hours.
- In a medium container, pour in the raspberry pudding, then gently add the matcha pudding on top.
