The ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ protein powder, measure; plain
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Greek-style yogurt

The method

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except the yogurt and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container, then top with the yogurt.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
