The ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ cup kiwi, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp lime zest
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp textured vegetable protein, TVP, dry
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

The method

  1. In a blender, add the soy milk, kiwi, lime juice and zest, and vanilla, and blend until smooth.
  2. In a mason jar or other container, add the liquid, rolled oats, TVP, and chia seeds, and mix well with a spoon.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Serve cold or warm.
