Pecans are rich in monounsaturated fats, which can help lower LDL ("bad") cholesterol and raise HDL ("good") cholesterol.
Pecans contain antioxidants like vitamin E, flavonoids, and phenolic acids, which help fight oxidative stress and inflammation in the body.
The healthy fats and fibre in pecans promote satiety, helping to manage appetite and reduce overeating.
The soluble fibre in rolled oats also helps stabilize blood sugar by slowing glucose absorption.
