The ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats, dry
  • ¼ cup textured vegetable protein, TVP, dry
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter

The method

  1. In a jar, add all the ingredients except the fruit and peanut butter (you can add the raspberries if they're frozen). Mix until combined.
  2. Refrigerate overnight to let the oats absorb the liquid.
  3. Add the fruit and peanut butter and serve cold!
