The ingredients
- 2 cups cashew pulp from my recipe Creamy Zero-Waste Cashew Milk
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
The method
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon, scoop the mixture and shape into balls with your hands.
- Roll each ball in the coconut flakes.
