The ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 6 cups filtered water
- 4 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
The method
- Drain the soaked cashews and rinse well.
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend for at least 1 minute.
