The ingredients
- 4 cups brown rice Rice Krispies
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips >70%
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, optional
The method
- In a bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil, then heat in the microwave for about 1 minute.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a large bowl, add the peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Add the Rice Krispies and mix until fully coated.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8-inch pan and spread evenly.
- Top with freeze-dried strawberries (optional).
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
